Insight Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + 10% bonus DOE (Please note there is scope for a Senior Insights Manager within the interview process as well)
Location: Central London - 3 x days in Office

Want to change how the world's biggest brands measure what works on social? This VC-backed measurement tech company has grown 20x in two years. It captures real-time feedback from the people who actually see the ads, and uses it to help advertisers answer three questions: what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.

They're now looking for an Insight Manager to join their growing business. This is a highly consultative role. You won't just run the numbers. You'll be a trusted strategic advisor to clients, challenging their thinking, shaping their decisions and turning raw data into stories that change how campaigns run.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead social campaign measurement studies from start to finish. You'll take each study from brief through survey design, set-up and data collection (with the Paid Media team) to analysis, final report and client debrief.
  • Find the "why" behind the results. Test client hypotheses, unpick what drove campaign performance, and build clear "what next" plans covering creative, targeting and distribution across the funnel.
  • Take a consultative approach with clients. Get to know their goals, give actionable recommendations, manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
  • Drive account growth alongside the Client Strategy team.
  • Work across the business with sales, product, tech and marketing, and help shape a platform that automates insight and gives clients self-serve tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
