The Team & Role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us for a Maternity Cover until September 2027. As an Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insightful information to our care providers. You will collaborate closely with our data and product teams to build embedded dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of various business operations and analytical initiatives. Above all, you will be a storyteller with data - turning complex care data into a clear narrative that helps our customers make better decisions, not just building dashboards. We are an AI-forward team: you will use AI tools as a core part of how you work and help us find new ways to embed AI into how we deliver insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
