The team brings 15 to 35 years of experience in providing clear, practical, and commercially focused solutions to businesses and individuals in financial difficulty. The firm offers a full range of corporate and personal insolvency services, including CVAs, administrations, CVLs, IVAs, and bankruptcy advice and support. Role Description
The Insolvency Administrator will support Licensed Insolvency Practitioners with the day-to-day administration of corporate and personal insolvency cases. This includes:

- Preparing documentation for appointments
- Liaising with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate case files and statutory records
- Drafting reports and correspondence
- Assisting with investigations into company affairs
- Managing deadlines and compliance requirements
- Helping to realise assets and distribute funds in line with insolvency legislation
- Supporting with telephone and email queries
- Data entry
- General office duties as required
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheffield.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in insolvency, accounting, or financial services, with an understanding of basic insolvency concepts and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear letters, reports, and emails for clients and creditors.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, meet statutory deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and compliance-related tasks.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn insolvency or case management systems.
- Professional, empathetic approach when dealing with clients in financial distress, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and resilience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and to take initiative in solving day-to-day administrative issues.

Beneficial qualifications include A-levels or equivalent; a degree in accounting, finance, law, or business; or progress toward professional insolvency or accounting qualifications (e.g., CPI, AAT).
