A national advisory firm is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join its Restructuring team.
This role is suited to someone with experience in insolvency case administration and a strong interest in developing their technical expertise within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insolvency case administration
- Support the progression of administrations, voluntary and compulsory liquidations, and CVAs, ensuring all statutory tasks are completed within required deadlines.
- Drafting statutory reports
- Assist with preparing Administration Proposals, progress reports, and closure documentation.
- Case management
- Maintain accurate diaries, update checklists, and manage case formalities in line with internal protocols.
- Client onboarding
- Support AML/KYC checks and help draft engagement letters.
- Technical development
- Keep up to date with industry developments and emerging case law.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Insolvency experience - Minimum one year in an insolvency-focused role.
- Desire to pursue relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insolvency case management systems; knowledge of IPS/IPS Cloud expected.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
