About the Role
As an Insolvency Administrator in Dunfermline, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key in supporting the business services sector by handling cases with care and precision.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
- Prepare statutory reports and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to resolve case matters effectively.
- Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent companies or individuals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency legislation and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the wider insolvency team as needed.

Profile
A successful Insolvency Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in insolvency or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.

Job Offer
- Salary between £27,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent contract with opportunities for professional growth.
