This full-time Partner role with a Surrey-based firm seeks a solicitor with over ten years’ PQE to lead its established Insolvency and Restructuring practice. Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Partner to lead a well-established Insolvency and Restructuring team, advising clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies and turnaround solutions. The successful candidate will provide strategic, commercially focused advice across formal and informal insolvency processes, acting as a trusted adviser to businesses, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders. A key part of the role will be contributing to the continued growth of the department by developing new client relationships, strengthening existing connections and identifying opportunities for cross referrals and wider business development.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and significant experience in Insolvency and Restructuring Law. The successful candidate will possess outstanding technical expertise across insolvency and related Corporate and Commercial matters, together with a proven track record of leading complex matters and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
