Job Opportunity: Insolvency Litigation Associate or Senior Associate

Client Details

Description

You will advise on a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes, including:

  • Claims brought by and against office holders
  • Transactions at an undervalue and preference claims
  • Misfeasance and breach of fiduciary duty claims
  • Director disqualification matters
  • Fraud and asset recovery work
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes with an insolvency angle
  • Contentious bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings
  • Enforcement and recovery actions

Profile

Applications are welcomed from lawyers who:

  • Solicitor qualified in England & Wales
  • Have experience in insolvency litigation gained at a recognised UK law firm
  • Are confident managing matters and client relationships
  • Possess strong technical and drafting skills
  • Enjoy business development and building long-term client relationships
  • Thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
