Weightmans is investing in the continued growth of our Insolvency & Recoveries team and we're looking to speak with both Partners seeking a new platform and Senior Associates ready to step into Partnership.

Our Insolvency & Recoveries Team

Our Insolvency & Recoveries Team Advises On Both Contentious And Non-contentious Aspects Of Personal And Corporate Insolvency, Acting For Insolvency Practitioners, Lenders, Businesses, Directors And Other Stakeholders. The Team Has Significant Expertise Across

  • Corporate and personal insolvency
  • Business recovery and restructuring
  • Company distress and turnaround situations
  • Insolvency litigation
  • Director disqualification matters
  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings
  • Secured lending and enforcement
  • Retention of title and financial security issues
  • CVAs, pre-pack administrations and restructuring solutions
  • HMRC and tax-related insolvency disputes
  • Partnership insolvency matters
  • Third Party Rights Against Insurers Act issues
