Insolvency Practitioner | Director or Partner | Midlands
A Midlands-based practice is investing in its Business Recovery and Restructuring service line and needs a senior IP to help lead it.
The firm has ambitious growth plans and is backing them with real investment in BRR. You'll be central to that - leading a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, advising businesses, lenders, and stakeholders, and building the team's market presence across the Midlands.

The role combines technical delivery with commercial leadership. You'll have an established referral network behind you, a collaborative leadership team, and a firm genuinely committed to growing this service line for the long term.
What they're looking for:
- JIEB qualified and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
- Senior experience in insolvency and restructuring within practice
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency, restructuring, and recovery
- A track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Commercially minded — appetite for BD and relationship building
- Experience developing and mentoring teams
- Suitable for an experienced Director or an existing Partner
