Napier Solicitors is a highly respected multi-service law firm, based in Belfast’s city centre. It has an excellent reputation for acting in connection with a wide range of personal and corporate insolvency matters, as well representing private and public sector clients in litigation, employment, education and property cases.
As the firm approaches its centenary, Napier Solicitors is growing and is seeking an experienced solicitor with a strong background in insolvency to join its dedicated, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored legal advice to a broad spectrum of clients including individuals and companies in financial distress, Insolvency Practitioners, directors and creditors.
- Represent clients in the High Court before the Bankruptcy and Companies Master.
- Maintain excellent standards of client care, file management, compliance and professional judgement.

Role Requirements
- 5+ years PQE experience in personal and/or company insolvency.
- Sound technical knowledge of personal and/or company insolvency law and procedure.
- Track record of managing own caseload and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to develop existing skills to contribute to the growth of the practice.
Desirable Attributes
- Advocacy experience.
- Experience of representing clients in Enforcement of Judgments, Chancery and Commercial Court matters.
- Experience of supporting and mentoring junior solicitors.
