About the Role
An established and well-regarded law firm is looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of complex insolvency and commercial litigation matters, advising a varied client base while developing your career within a highly regarded practice.
Typical Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to a wide range of clients.
- Supporting Partners on complex matters while taking responsibility for your own files.
- Mentoring and assisting junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of client service.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 10 years' PQE.
- Experience handling insolvency matters, with commercial litigation experience being advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a wider team.
