Insolvency Solicitor NQ+ Dorset

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded Dorset law firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join its growing Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, someone due to qualify, or an experienced lawyer looking to develop a specialist career in insolvency law. Previous insolvency experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

You will work closely with a highly respected Partner who is also a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, gaining exposure to a broad range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters. The team acts predominantly for insolvency practitioners, including liquidators, administrators, and trustees in bankruptcy, providing high-quality legal advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role

You will assist with and progressively take responsibility for a varied caseload of insolvency and recovery matters, including:

  • Advising insolvency practitioners on formal insolvency appointments
  • Corporate recovery and restructuring matters
  • Insolvency-related litigation and dispute resolution
  • Company law and director-related issues
  • Asset recovery matters
  • Supporting clients through complex insolvency processes
  • Business development and networking activities

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors at all levels, including those who are newly qualified or due to qualify.
