About The Role
An Insolvency Solicitor with two to three years PQE is sought for a full time, hybrid position in Norwich. The salary on offer is £45,000 to £55,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, advising businesses, directors, and other clients. Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and clear communication skills are essential. The Role
You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, advising businesses, directors, and other clients across a range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:
- Business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
- Winding-up proceedings
- Directors' duties
- Contentious insolvency matters
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to build on your existing experience and take on increasingly complex work, with support from an experienced team around you.
THE CANDIDATE
The firm is looking for an Insolvency Solicitor with around 2-3 years' PQE and experience gained across insolvency and/or restructuring. Both contentious and non-contentious experience will be considered. You will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a commercial approach, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
