About The Role
An Insolvency Solicitor is sought by a Norwich-based practice to join their respected team, supporting a Partner on a broad caseload. This full-time position offers a salary between £55,000 and £90,000, dependent on experience, and requires a minimum of two years PQE. The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious work, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors. Applications are welcome from those with solid experience in either discipline. The role demands confidence in managing varied corporate and personal insolvency matters and delivering clear guidance to diverse stakeholders. The Role
- Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE, although candidates with strong experience in either contentious or non-contentious insolvency are encouraged to apply.
- You should have experience handling a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency matters and be confident advising a range of stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for a varied contentious and non-contentious caseload.
- You will advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors, with a strong focus on business recovery and achieving the best possible outcomes for creditors.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
