Drive delivery. Assure quality. Keep MBNL’s infrastructure safe, compliant and performing.

The Inspection & Maintenance Delivery Manager plays a key role within MBNL’s Operational Services function, managing the end-to-end delivery of planned inspection and maintenance activity across MBNL’s passive infrastructure estate.

Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Inspection and Maintenance Manager, you will manage approximately 50% of the planned inspection and maintenance programme, working closely with suppliers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required standards.

Why this role matters

Inspection and maintenance are critical to ensuring MBNL’s infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose. The quality of inspection data and maintenance activity also provides the insight needed to identify risks, improve performance and shape future infrastructure management strategies.

This role combines delivery management, supplier assurance, Health & Safety, quality and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on the performance and efficiency of MBNL’s infrastructure estate.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
