- Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract
- Pay: Daily rate: £103
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Office Angels is recruiting for an Administrator for a well-established UK Government organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to be part of a lively, collaborative team.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver a professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns in line with agreed performance targets.
- Use available systems and data effectively to manage records and respond to enquiries.
- Support data entry, retrieval, and allocation processes, and contribute to risk assessment activities where appropriate.
- Assist with procedures related to legal or tribunal work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute flexibly to team objectives, supporting various workstreams as needed and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Demonstrate the organisation's core values in all interactions with colleagues and customers.

Requirements
- Previous office-based administration experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Confident relationship builder with great interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a lively office environment.
- Competent with MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
