Legal & General is recruiting for the role of Inspire Scaler Developer (Quadient). An Inspire Scaler Developer is needed to design, develop, and support customer communication solutions within the Customer Communications team. The role focuses on Quadient Inspire Scaler, helping deliver robust, scalable, and customer-focused services.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain low-code workflows and technical solutions within Quadient Inspire Scaler.
  • Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into scalable and supportable communication solutions.
  • Assess, document, test, and implement system and process changes in line with governance and quality standards.
  • Support production services by investigating incidents, carrying out root cause analysis, and driving timely resolution.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for customer communications, document composition, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver successful change initiatives.
  • Improve customer communication services by enhancing efficiency, resilience, accessibility, and customer outcomes.
  • Support the creation, generation, delivery, and archiving of customer communications across the Legal & General Group.

What they’re looking for

  • Experience working with Quadient Inspire Scaler.
  • Exposure to Inspire Designer and Interactive is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Quadient Inspire platform, including Designer, Interactive, and ICM.
  • Experience developing low-code workflows and technical solutions.
  • Scripting or development experience using JavaScript, Groovy, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Good understanding of JSON data structures and SQL.
  • Experience supporting production applications and resolving incidents in a live environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and identify sustainable solutions.
