Overview
Inspiring Teaching Assistant, Danesfield School, Medmenham, Marlow. This is a permanent term time only position, starting in November 2026.

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Scale 1b: point 6 - 10 depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About The Role
You will be responsible for supporting a nominated pupil, inspiring children and colleagues to be the best they can and promote a growth mindset approach. Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable although not essential.
- Prepare classroom as directed for lessons, clear afterwards and assist with the display of pupils’ work
- Be aware of pupil problems/progress/achievements and report to the teacher as agreed
- Undertake pupil record keeping as requested
- Support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate
- Provide clerical/admin. support e.g. photocopying, typing, filing, collecting money etc.
