About the Internship

We’re looking for a UK-based Social Media Marketing Intern to help manage and grow a founder-led personal brand across Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and marketing team, getting hands-on experience with content planning, trend research, community management, engagement, and social media reporting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants practical experience managing social media for a high-performing personal brand and learning how content is adapted across different platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with planning and scheduling Instagram and TikTok content.
  • Research current trends, content ideas, and relevant topics for the Founder’s audience.
  • Monitor social media accounts and engage with the community throughout the day.
  • Write and post comments on behalf of the Founder while matching their tone of voice.
  • Monitor comments and remove inappropriate, spam, or harmful content when needed.
  • Help keep the Founder’s social media workflow organised and running smoothly.
  • Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Support campaign coordination and other social media-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and wider marketing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
