DCTUK
DCTUK is one of the UK's leading commercial flooring retailers, supplying and installing flooring for businesses across the country. Our installation team is the face of DCTUK on site — the difference between a good project and a great one comes down to how well it's planned, communicated and delivered.
The Role
We're looking for a warm, organised Installation Administrator to be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their installation journey. You'll keep customers informed at every stage, manage our CRM records, support new fitters as they join the network, and provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our Installation Planner. If you're a proactive communicator who loves keeping things organised and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to confirm installation dates and keep them updated and informed at every stage of the process.
- Check in with customers daily to update them on ETAs and flag any delays.
- Book site surveys with fitters and customers.
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) fully updated with detailed notes on ongoing issues and telephone calls.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inbound emails relating to installation projects.
- Send welcome packs and DCTUK merchandise to new fitters joining the network.
- Upload completed projects to our website with photographs supplied by fitters, chasing up any fitters who haven't submitted their completion images.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Installation Planner and assist with miscellaneous fitting-related tasks as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
