Installation Electrician Apprentice
Location: Various locations
Hours: Full Time
Salary: In line with Apprenticeship/National Minimum Wage rates
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Installation Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards a recognised industry qualification.
Working alongside experienced electricians, you will develop the skills and knowledge required to install, maintain and test electrical systems across a range of industrial projects.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of electrical containment systems, wiring, and electrical equipment.
- Support qualified electricians with planned and reactive electrical works.
- Learn how to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Assist with inspection, testing, and fault-finding activities.
- Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are maintained in a safe and tidy condition.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Attend college/training provider sessions and complete all apprenticeship coursework and assessments.
- Work professionally with colleagues, contractors, and clients.

Essential Requirements
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Has a Diploma in Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation.
- Genuine interest in the electrical industry.
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Desirable Requirements
- Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one.
- Previous work experience in construction or engineering.
