Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Installation Engineers, we need four immediately. The Installation Engineers will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning electronic security and fire detection equipment at customer sites, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Planning installation layouts
- Running and terminating wiring
- Testing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Providing clear guidance to customers on system operation

The role also involves collaborating with the wider team, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Installation, including set-up, configuration, and commissioning of security and fire systems.
- Practical Electrical Engineering and Electrical Wiring skills for safe and compliant system installation.
- ECS card and ideally hold a SSSTS, pasma, IPAF and at least NQQ level 3 in fire.
- Mechanical Engineering awareness to handle mounts, fittings, and physical system components effectively.
- Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship in electrical or electronic engineering is beneficial.
- Experience with security or fire detection systems and familiarity with industry standards and regulations is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are important.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations, along with clear, professional communication skills, are preferred.
