Installation Lead - Bring Nature to Life in Exceptional Spaces.

Up to £45,000 per year depending on experience | Full-Time | Based from Oxon with UK Travel.

Location:

Head Office (Oxon, OX11 7WB) + Travel to Client Sites Across the UK but primarily London.

At Leaflike, we design and install bespoke biophilic environments that transform where people live, work, and relax - from luxury hotels and premium offices to high-end residential and flagship commercial spaces. As an Installation Lead, you’ll take the lead on bringing these designs to life, overseeing a small team to deliver exceptional installations on time, safely, and to a world-class standard.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and carry out professional installations of live, artificial, and preserved planting displays in luxury hotels, premium offices, and high-end residential and commercial spaces.
  • Interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and installation instructions accurately, ensuring every project meets Leaflike’s quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks for a small team of installers, providing on-the-job guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Conduct on-site adjustments, snagging, and basic repairs to ensure a flawless finish before handover.
  • Coordinate logistics with the Head of Projects and Warehouse, including loading, unloading, vehicle use, tools, and materials.
  • Maintain 5-star housekeeping standards for vans, tools, and work areas.
  • Work safely at all times, following method statements, using appropriate PPE, and ensuring your team does the same.
  • Represent Leaflike professionally on site, communicating clearly and courteously with clients, contractors, and site staff.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has two years’ experience leading, supervising, or mentoring others (formal or informal).
  • Has three or more years’ experience in carpentry, joinery, fit-out, landscaping, or a similar hands-on trade and is skilled and safe with power tools and hand tools.
  • Is confident reading and working from technical drawings and installation plans.
  • Brings a keen eye for detail and takes real pride in producing high-standard work.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early starts and physically demanding work.
  • Can stay calm under pressure, solve practical on-site challenges, and know when to escalate.
  • Holds a clean UK driving licence and is confident driving a van to different sites.
  • Ideally holds or is willing to gain CSCS, IPAF, and First Aid at Work (training funded).
