Job description - Installation Manager Perla Windows Ltd
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee all installations of steel and aluminium windows and doors
- Managing and support of 4 installations teams as well as subcontractors
- Coordinate and schedule installations, ensuring efficient time management
- Working closely with the office team (attend office meetings and spend time between sites and office)
- Act as key liaison between site team and office, ensuring clear communication
- Communicate professionally with clients when necessary
- Ensure all jobs are installed correctly and to high standards and all processes followed. Taking detailed site photos showing progress, snagging and finished installation.
- Ensure jobs are signed off properly, reporting and addressing any issues with the office.
- Promote and enforce high health and safety standards, assessing installers and leading by example.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing installations or similar role
- Exceptional communication skills and fluent English both spoken and written (polish speaking helpful but not essential)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities - firm but fair approach
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Trustworthy, results driven and hardworking
- Good knowledge of steel and aluminium glazing system (preferred but not essential)
- A valid driving licence is required

Work hours/Location
- Standard working hours: 7am to 4pm, with occasional overtime
- Project sites across the UK but primarily in and around London
