Installation Manager - High-End Residential Joinery

£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Site based, covering London and surrounding areas

Are you an Installation Manager from a high-end residential joinery background, or an experienced Joiner who is ready to step up into a site-led management role?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of prestigious residential joinery installations, coordinating work on site, maintaining exceptional standards and resolving problems before they affect programme or quality.

You will be the go-to person on site: managing installation teams, liaising with contractors and clients, checking quality and making confident decisions in a fast-moving environment. This role would suit someone practical and commercially aware who enjoys being close to the work rather than desk-bound.

Role 🔨

  • Manage high-end residential joinery installations across live sites
  • Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, materials and site activity
  • Carry out quality checks, snagging and final inspections
  • Identify and resolve installation, access, sequencing and quality issues quickly
  • Liaise with site managers, contractors, project teams and clients
  • Plan upcoming works to ensure projects remain on programme
  • Take ownership of day-to-day site decisions and escalate major risks where needed
  • Support and guide joiners/installers to maintain exceptional standards
  • Clear progression into a senior operational or installation management position

Requirements ✅

  • High-end residential joinery experience is essential
  • Experience as an Installation Manager, Site Manager, Lead Joiner or Senior Joiner
  • Strong practical understanding of bespoke joinery manufacture and installation
  • Comfortable managing problems autonomously on live construction sites
  • Confident coordinating people, prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
  • High standards of workmanship, attention to detail and client service
  • Full UK driving licence
