About Boon Edam

Boon Edam is a world market leader in commercial, high-end entrance solutions. We have manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands, USA, and China, with a network of international sales offices supporting our customers worldwide.

About the Role

Are you an experienced office operations leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering projects right first time? We're looking for an Installation Office Manager to lead our Install Desk team, ensuring efficient project administration, labour planning, and operational support for our field-based Project Managers.

What Do We Expect From You?

As Installation Office Manager, you will take ownership of the Install Desk function, leading the team and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure projects are accurately managed and delivered in line with business objectives.

You'll be responsible for supporting Project Managers through effective administration, labour planning and reporting, allowing them to focus on the successful delivery of customer projects. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing the Install Desk operation to support the successful delivery of installation projects across the UK.
  • Leading, motivating and developing the Install Desk team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Overseeing labour planning activities to ensure technicians and subcontractors are deployed efficiently.
  • Managing SAP-based project administration, including variations, margin adjustments, applications and final accounts.
  • Producing accurate management reports covering revenue forecasts, project performance, labour utilisation and forecasting accuracy.
  • Supporting month-end activities, including turnover reporting, work in progress management and final project billing reviews.
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors, plant suppliers, hauliers and other external partners to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Logistics and other internal departments to support successful project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
