Role Description

The Installation Planner role at Zuno is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds. The Installation Planner will coordinate end-to-end scheduling of home energy solution installations, matching jobs with appropriate engineers according to skillset, location, and availability.

  • Reviewing incoming installation requests
  • Confirming details with customers
  • Maintaining accurate booking and calendar data in the platform
  • Ensuring all necessary products and services are aligned for each job

The role involves close collaboration with engineers, customer support, and brand partners to resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize routes, and minimize downtime. The Installation Planner will also monitor job progress, update stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and service efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills, with proven ability to manage multiple installations and timelines.
  • Experience working with field operations, logistics, or workforce management systems, ideally in energy, HVAC, or home services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with engineers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and use of digital tools or CRM platforms.
  • Comfort with using technology platforms and dashboards; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to handle last-minute changes, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under time pressure.
  • Customer-focused approach, committed to delivering reliable and timely service experiences.
  • Experience in energy-efficient solutions, HVAC, or related sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Relevant education or training in operations, logistics, administration, or a similar field is preferred.
