Role Description
The Installation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hook, responsible for the professional installation of kitchen units, worktops, appliances, and related fittings. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients, resolving installation issues, and providing clear updates on progress. The Installation Specialist will also perform measurements, minor adjustments, and finishing work, while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Occasional travel to nearby project locations and flexible working hours may be required to meet project timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen, carpentry, or general construction installation, including fitting units, worktops, and basic joinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements accurately.
- Strong practical skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of building regulations, safety practices, and quality standards relevant to kitchen installations.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve on-site installation issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with clients, colleagues, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar installation or construction role; relevant vocational qualifications or apprenticeships are an advantage.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
