Are you the person everyone looks to on site?
The one who gets stuck in, leads by example and makes sure the job is done properly?
We're looking for hands-on Installation Supervisors to lead small crews installing A-SAFE products across customer sites throughout the UK.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. You'll be out on site, leading from the front, working alongside your team and taking pride in delivering a quality installation every time. You'll typically supervise one or two Installation Engineers, taking responsibility for safety, quality, customer relationships and keeping projects on track.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a small installation crew on customer sites.
- Remaining hands-on and actively involved in installation work.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.
- Reading drawings and coordinating installations on site.
- Working closely with customers and representing A-SAFE professionally.
- Completing site documentation, reports and sign-offs.
- Travelling across the Midlands and South, including staying away during the week when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for:

- A full UK driving licence
