We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our growing team in Cannock, playing a key role in ensuring the flawless installation of our industry-leading lift systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Supervise Quality Installations

    • Conduct on-site inductions and training for new installers, setting the stage for a successful project from day one.
    • Complete all surveys and report any issues to both the client and the ORONA Contract Manager, preparing a comprehensive report for review.
    • Perform regular quality checks (Mechanical & Electrical) at key stages of the installation process to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Deliver constructive feedback to teams and provide additional training where necessary to maintain high installation quality.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team

    • Manage a diverse team of installation professionals, motivating them to deliver their best while adapting your leadership style (coaching, motivating, directing, etc.).
    • Create a positive work environment where individuals feel supported and encouraged to meet their professional goals.
    • Address performance issues quickly and fairly to maintain high standards of excellence.

  • Safety First, Always

    • Prioritise Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, ensuring your team follows safety procedures on every project.
    • Make sure all team members are equipped with the correct PPE and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
    • Deliver toolbox talks to all team members.
  • Efficient Reporting & Communication

    • Track the progress of installation projects and communicate key updates with both the installation team and the management team.
    • Ensure all job sheets, reports, and quality checks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
    • Foster strong relationships with on-site clients, keeping them updated on installation progress.
  • Oversee Tools & Equipment

    • Ensure your team has access to the right tools and equipment for each project, ensuring they are properly maintained and certified.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Must have a clean UK driving license
  • Must have lift industry experience
