About this Role
We're seeking an Installation Surveyor to join the Installation team, covering the South region, to include our stores within: Canterbury, Chichester, Fulham Tonbridge and Wimbledon. This role is key to supporting our Regional Project Leads in delivering high-quality installations across the region. As an Installation Surveyor, you'll help ensure every project is installation-ready, technically compliant and completed to our premium standards, while supporting a seamless customer journey from survey through to installation.
Working closely with Neptune's Regional Project Leads, you'll take ownership of key delivery-stage activities, including:
- Carrying out site surveys
- Completing pre-delivery technical checks
- Producing a schedule of works and booking in 3rd party installation teams
- Taking responsibility for aftercare and remedial coordination
- Undertaking mid-fit templating visits
- Conducting installation quality audits
- Ensuring projects are technically compliant and ready for installation
- Supporting the successful delivery of installations to Neptune's premium standards

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have experience working within kitchens or residential installations, along with a strong understanding of technical surveys, installation processes and technical drawings. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you'll be able to prioritise effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Just as importantly, you'll be a confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner, building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and installers alike.
Regular travel will be involved within this role and therefore, a full driving license will be required.
