Location: Epsom
Salary: £27,000 basic + overtime (OTE £32,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week + overtime
An established and growing organisation within the leisure and gaming sector is seeking an Installation Technician to join their team. This varied role involves delivering, assembling, and installing specialist gaming equipment and pool tables at customer sites across the UK.
The position would suit someone with previous installation experience, strong DIY skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality checks on products before dispatch
- Loading vehicles and preparing deliveries
- Delivering equipment to customer locations throughout the UK
- Unloading, assembling, and installing products safely and professionally
- Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction on every installation
- Responding to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
- Working closely with a teammate on installations
- Supporting warehouse operations and preparing products for dispatch

About You
- Previous experience in a similar installation, delivery, or assembly role is essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Strong DIY and practical assembly skills
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
