Targa Telematics (UK) Limited, part of the international Targa Telematics Group, specializes in telematics, connected vehicle technology, and IoT fleet solutions. What you'll be doing
Installations Administration
- Assist the Installations Manager with booking and scheduling of engineers and subcontractors
- Enter department information onto Sage 50 and Zoho CRM with accuracy and completeness
- Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries, both externally and internally
- Contact customers to confirm appointments and routine updates
- Maintain accurate job records and other supporting documentation
- Liaise with Stores to ensure the correct equipment and materials are ready in a timely manner
- Arrange travel and hotel accommodation for engineers when requested
- Provide general administrative support and other duties within the team

Stores Support
Following training, occasionally support the Stores team with the following duties:
- Pick, pack, and kit equipment
- Assist with goods in and out, and stock records
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect stock
- Help to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the area
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Good organizational skills, following agreed priorities and processes when required
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of the role, but particularly with data and maintaining records
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy working environment
- Desirable experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Desirable experience using Sage 50, Zoho, or a similar business system
- Desirable experience in a similar role
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent practical ability
