£52,000 - £55,000 DOE | London & South East | Permanent
Help Deliver Outstanding Hotel Projects Across the UK
For almost 30 years, Curtis Furniture has been manufacturing and installing high-quality hotel bedroom furniture for many of the UK's leading hotel brands. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on role overseeing installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel furniture installation projects nationwide
- Lead installation teams and subcontractors on site
- Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and project schedules
- Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Monitor quality, productivity, and project costs
- Resolve site issues and ensure successful project completion

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an Installation Manager, Site Manager, or similar role
- Background in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements
- CSCS, SMSTS, and full UK driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
