This is an exciting opportunity to work with Daikin UK's heating merchants and installers to expand the reach of our innovative renewable solutions.

We’re looking for 3x Installer Development Representatives to pave the way for installer network growth across the following regions:

  • North of England - Field Based (covering North Wales, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Northumberland & Cumbria)
  • Scotland – Field Based (covering the entirety of Scotland)
  • Southwest – Field Based (covering Wales, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Devon & Cornwall)

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow our ASHP installer network.
  • Adopting highly personable skills, to identify and engage with potential new installers, promoting the advantages of becoming a Daikin installer.
  • Pro-active prospecting by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade show events with our Daikin Sales Van.
  • Nurture new installers by collaborating with the Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

About You:

  • Confident, ambitious and self-motivated to build relationships.
  • Excellent ability at influencing early stages, in order to build a solid pipeline of new installers across the region, by showcasing the benefits of partnering with Daikin.
  • A solid understanding of air source heat pumps and the wider heating industry, to offer technical credibility and expertise.
  • Flexible and dependable individual, willing to travel across the region, as required daily.
