Reporting to R Sneddon, you will lead installation engineers and associated trades, maintain strong client relationships, oversee commercial administration, and drive high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead installation engineers and support trades to deliver work safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure installations meet agreed technical, contractual, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Carry out quality inspections and formally sign off completed works.
  • Review daily material reports and coordinate one-day heating installations and wider multi-trade activities.
  • Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and provide clear and accurate updates.
  • Build productive relationships with clients, project coordinators, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Interpret and implement contract specifications and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Investigate and resolve claims or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Submit accurate billing information to the commercial team within agreed timescales.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices and team timesheets.
  • Plan team holidays to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Take ownership of contract performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with current health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain full compliance across installation and project activities.
  • Promote consistently high technical, quality, and regulatory standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
