GRUPO CIMD is the leading independent group in brokerage, consulting, securitization and management in financial and energy markets in southern Europe.

We are offering a position as Institutional FX Sales - London for our company CIMD, SOCIEDAD DE VALORES, S.A.

Personal skills

  • Educated to degree level or above with relevant experience in either a bank or buyside institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FX markets in a sales or Trading function.
  • Keen interest in Macroeconomics and understanding of the FX Markets.
  • Up to date understanding of relevant regulations such as MIFID and EMIR.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new FX business with excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Establish a strong network of clients across Hedge Funds, Asset managers, and Local Banks, trading Spot FX, NDF’s, Swaps, and Options.
  • Trade idea generation and research generation specifically around Option strategies.
  • Working with MO team to onboard new clients and execute FX queries including Vanilla and Exotic FX Options.
  • Maintaining a thorough, in-depth knowledge of FX products and services, while keeping up to date with market news and events.
  • Adhering to and keeping up to date with all internal and external controls, legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
