About the department

Institutional Client Service EMEA providing onboarding and post-sale services to institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team partners closely with Sales, Client Coverage, Investment and Operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on coordinating new client and mandate implementations, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. You’ll have exposure to EMEA clients, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and opportunities for professional development within a growing business area.

How you will add value

  • Support client onboarding across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate onboarding projects across multiple investment vehicles.
  • Manage post-launch changes and account closure activities.
  • Partner with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Maintain strong internal governance and process controls.
  • Help deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Represent the Client Service team professionally.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Experience in areas such as client service, onboarding, operations, project coordination within Financial Services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyse information and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Confidence managing stakeholder expectations and following through on commitments.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
