Axiom is hiring an Institutional Sales Lead

Axiom is hiring an Institutional Sales Lead for a leading blockchain infrastructure building the rails for the next generation of financial markets.

About the Role

This is a senior Institutional sales role focused on building strategic relationships, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing complex, high-value opportunities.

You’ll work with leading institutions across banks & financial services, helping turn growing interest in emerging financial technology into meaningful commercial adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the strategy for some of the most important institutions and opportunities in the market.
  • Build senior relationships and open high-value strategic accounts.
  • Shape conversations around payments, settlement, funds, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Turn cutting-edge technology into clear commercial value for major financial institutions.
  • Lead complex enterprise deals across business, technology, risk, legal, and procurement teams.
  • Take opportunities from first conversation through evaluation, negotiation, and major strategic agreement.

What We’re Hiring

  • 8+ years of institutional B2B sales, business development, or strategic-account experience.
  • Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Strong understanding of how large financial institutions buy technology.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, data, or infrastructure into financial-services firms.
  • Able to engage both business and technical decision-makers and create new opportunities.
  • Financial-services sales performance is essential; blockchain and digital-assets experience is a strong plus.
