We’re working with an established UK investment manager looking to add an Analyst to its Institutional Solutions team in London.

This is a broad, project-driven role sitting at the intersection of institutional client solutions, fundraising, marketing and internal stakeholder management. The successful candidate will support a range of projects designed to strengthen the firm’s institutional offering and how its investment strategies are positioned to the market.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the delivery and project management of institutional initiatives across the business
  • Creating and maintaining fund marketing materials, presentations and pitch decks
  • Coordinating input from investment, sales, marketing and other internal teams
  • Managing and maintaining information across CRM systems
  • Supporting institutional fundraising and client-related projects
  • Helping ensure materials, data and messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

What we're looking for:

  • Analyst-level experience within asset management, investment management, private markets or a similar financial-services environment
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Exposure to fund marketing collateral, investor materials or institutional client content
  • Excellent organisation and project-management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience on the infrastructure, energy or credit sector would be a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience
