Instructor Experience Manager
Location: UK (Hybrid)

We're looking for an Instructor Experience Manager to own and elevate that journey from first interaction through to thriving on the gym floor. This is a role for someone who loves developing people, building scalable systems, creating memorable experiences, and turning strategy into action.
You'll play a pivotal role in growing our instructor community, strengthening training and certification outcomes, and ensuring every instructor feels connected, capable, and inspired to succeed.
What You'll Do
Build and Grow the Instructor Pipeline
- Lead recruitment initiatives that attract exceptional future instructors
- Create engaging onboarding experiences that set instructors up for success
- Develop sustainable instructor pipelines that meet current and future market demand
- Partner with clubs and key stakeholders to drive instructor growth opportunities
Deliver Outstanding Training Experiences
- Plan and execute instructor training and certification programs
- Ensure instructors receive world-class support throughout their development journey
- Drive high-quality learning outcomes and consistent delivery standards
- Support instructors from training through to live class delivery

Elevate the Instructor Experience
- Act as the champion for instructor engagement and success
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end instructor journey
- Remove friction points and create seamless experiences at every touchpoint
- Build strong relationships that strengthen connection to the Les Mills brand
Drive Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Track key metrics and use data to improve outcomes
- Manage certification processes, timelines, and quality standards
- Implement scalable systems and processes that support growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

About You
You are:
- Passionate about fitness, learning, and helping others succeed
- An exceptional relationship builder who can influence across multiple stakeholder groups
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and using insights to improve performance
- A strong communicator who can facilitate, coach, and inspire others
- Equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing operationally

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in training, learning and development, education, or capability building
- Experience within group fitness, health, wellbeing, or hospitality industries
- Project or program management experience
- Experience delivering customer, member, or partner-facing experiences
- A passion for creating memorable and engaging learning journeys
