Salary: GBP25,000:GBP30,000
A specialist engineering consultancy is strengthening its technical team and is looking for a Graduate Instrumentation and Monitoring Technician to join its growing operation. As a Graduate Instrumentation and Monitoring Technician, you'll assist with installing and preparing specialist monitoring equipment, including fibre-optic systems, on construction sites. You'll also develop skills in dataloggers and monitoring software, undertake equipment checks, maintain project records and contribute to site safety documentation.
The Graduate Instrumentation and Monitoring Technician role involves regular travel, occasional overnight stays and some short-notice or out-of-hours work.
What You'll Need
- BSc-level qualification in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous site experience or a CSCS card would be advantageous
- Living in or near Oxford, within reasonable commuting distance of the office
