Insurance Account Executive – Charities and Care
Location: Leeds Head Office (hybrid or home working considered for the right individual)
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our Charities and Not for Profit division, responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring retention, and developing new opportunities.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing key client relationships and accounts, ensuring strong client retention
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both Team Brokers and the insurance market
- Looking for growth opportunities from the client base and your external network
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products and sector conditions
Person Specification
- You will have experience in the insurance sector, having worked in a similar role within the charity, care, or not-for-profit sector
- You have excellent administration skills and are familiar with insurance broker renewal processes, operating procedures, and provision of supporting documentation
- You build mutual, long-term relationships with your clients and colleagues with a proven track record servicing corporate accounts
- You are ACII qualified, or working towards ACII, and technically strong across all commercial insurance classes
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You consistently demonstrate strong performance
