Commercial Account Executive - Tadcaster - £40,000 - £70,000
Join a fiercely independent brokerage in Tadcaster that has built its reputation entirely on the quality of its work - and is looking for the right person to grow with it.
This is a business that doesn't rely on lead generation, cold calling or corporate mandates to drive new business. Their reputation does that for them. If you're an experienced Account Executive who wants genuine autonomy, a close-knit team and the freedom to build a book the right way, this is worth a conversation.
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
Location: Tadcaster
Working pattern: Office based
What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing an existing client base across commercial, rural and private client lines
- Generating new business through your own network and the brokerage's strong market reputation
- Taking full ownership of your desk and your client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a small, ambitious team that values quality over volume
- Delivering the kind of service that turns clients into long-term advocates

What they're looking for
- A proven Commercial Account Executive ready to take real ownership
- A new business mindset - someone who enjoys developing relationships on their own terms
- Minimum 2 years' experience, Cert CII or above preferred
- Acturis experience beneficial
- Ambitious, self-motivated and collaborative - a team player, not just a desk-filler
