About the Role
As an Insurance Account Handler, you will:
- Support a designated client portfolio
- Act as the first point of contact
- Build strong relationships
- Assist clients with their queries
This role is ideal for those who excel in customer service or sales, as relationship-building is key to success.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the Insurance Industry (preferred)
- A proactive attitude and strong initiative
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Confidence in customer service, both phone and face-to-face
- Positive outlook, collaborative nature, and adaptability
- Honesty and integrity
