We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services firm looking to appoint both Assistant Managers and Managers within its Insurance Finance Advisory team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with major UK and international insurers on complex accounting, finance transformation and controls programmes, with a particular focus on technical accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and finance change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise insurance clients on the interpretation and implementation of IFRS 17 and its ongoing application.
  • Support finance transformation programmes driven by IFRS 17 and wider regulatory change.
  • Provide technical accounting advice across IFRS 17, IFRS 9, UK GAAP and Solvency UK.
  • Review financial reporting, accounting policies and technical accounting papers.
  • Assess, design and review internal control frameworks, including SOX controls and control testing.
  • Support process improvement, finance operating model design and finance change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery.
  • Support business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.

ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
