Reporting to: Delegated Authority Business Architect Department: Delegated Authority Governance and Technical Oversight Location: London (Hybrid) - 2 days in the office

Finished school or college and ready to start your career? Join us as an Insurance Administration Assistant and learn how the insurance world works from the inside. You do not need previous office or insurance experience—we will give you the training, support and encouragement you need to get started.


Job Purpose

To provide administrative, operational and systems support across the Delegated Authority & Technical Oversight function, underwriting operations and direct insurance business activities. The role supports system testing, policy administration, business operations, documentation management and process improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows and high-quality support across the business. A key focus of the role will be supporting activities relating to Sphere Contract Management Module (CMM), DSI Bridge and other business systems.


What will you get involved in?

  • Check and update information so our records stay accurate.
  • Create reports, trackers and documents that help the team stay organised.
  • Help with new insurance policies, renewals and policy changes.
  • Prepare and organise policy documents.
  • Try out business systems, follow simple test steps and record what happens.
  • Gather information and help colleagues with document requests.
  • Keep guides and team records clear and up to date.
  • Suggest smarter or simpler ways of doing things.

Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including English and Maths, would be useful.
  • You do not need previous employment or insurance experience.
