At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

We are seeking an organised, personable Insurance Administrator to join our team at Pride Referrals on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Pride Veterinary Centre is a multi-disciplinary veterinary referral centre and the central small animal hospital for the Scarsdale Veterinary Group. In addition to supporting our own practices, we provide referral services to veterinary practices across the Midlands and beyond.

Our specialist services include Anaesthesia, Diagnostic Imaging, Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Exotics and Dermatology. We provide 24/7 veterinary care with support from our dedicated on-site Vets at Night team and are equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities.

We also work closely with the University of Nottingham, supporting veterinary students through referral rotations. As part of inspiring vet care, Pride Veterinary Centre is one of the UK's key referral hospitals within the wider European IVC Evidensia network.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
