The Role
We are seeking an Insurance Administrator to join our Finance Operations Team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the administration and management of Eastlight’s insurance arrangements, ensuring accurate data is maintained to support insurance renewals, claims management, and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Gathering and maintaining insurance data
- Supporting annual insurance renewals
- Liaising with colleagues across the business
- Ensuring information provided to insurers, brokers, solicitors, tenants, leaseholders, and other stakeholders is accurate and timely
Day-to-day duties will include maintaining insurance records, processing insurance-related payments and invoices, coordinating claims information, supporting procurement and renewal activities, managing correspondence, and working with teams across the organisation to ensure property and insurance data remains up to date.

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. You will be comfortable working with large volumes of data, able to prioritise workloads effectively, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving, the ability to work on their own initiative, and a commitment to Eastlight’s values and culture.
Benefits and Compensation
To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:
- £31,525 per annum
- Permanent contract, full-time, 37h per week
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)

- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
