What’s on offer:
- £32,000 - £34,000 basic salary
- Commission typically £500 - £1,200 per month
- OTE circa £46,400
- All leads provided – warm, qualified enquiries
- Hybrid working after training (2 days office)

The role:
You’ll be advising clients on protection products, building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality, compliant service. This is consultative – focused on understanding client needs and recommending the right cover, not cold calling.

What we’re looking for:
- CeMAP qualified (preferred, however company will provide training course)
- Experience within financial services, mortgages or insurance
- Proven background in protection sales
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
- Motivated, professional and target-driven
